Bendigo’s Vintage Talking Tram Tours

A trip to Bendigo is not complete without a ride aboard one of Bendigo’s famous Vintage Talking Trams. It’s one of the best ways to explore the historic old town in comfort and charm.

Bendigo’s grand architecture is spectacular and your tram will tell you of it’s storied past.

It’s a hop on hop off tour which allows you to travel through the heart of the city. Jump off and explore at any of the designated stops. Enjoy the inner city attractions of Bendigo, go shopping or enjoy a meal at one of the fine restaurants and cafes.

You’ll want to check out the detailed timetable here.

Contact the staff at the Bendigo Information Centre or phone 1800 813 153.

You could also take the Anzac Centenary Tram and discover the story of Bendigo as it was during World War One. The Great War left a profound mark on Bendigo, for those who went to war and those families who remained. The tram recounts local stories of bravery, resilience and courage. Departing at 10:00am daily from Central Deborah Gold Mine, 76 Violet Street Bendigo, the tram ride lasts approximately one hour.

Bendigo’s Tram tours won an award for Victoria’s 2014 Heritage and Cultural Tourism Attraction of the Year.
